Bookings are secured on receipt of a non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, together with a security deposit of £100. The reservation deposit may be refunded in the event that cancelled bookings are re-let. Security deposits will be returned within 2 weeks following a satisfactory non-damage report on departure by the property supervisor. A 50 Euros charge will be required to be paid locally for cleaning and laundry
Please note, late booking may be accepted, within a shorter period subject to satisfactory clearance of rental fees – please e-mail for details. Short-term rentals (minimum of 3 nights) are possible subject to availability, please e-mail for details.
All guests are met on arrival at the Villa by our local property supervisor who will provide you with the keys and familiarise you with the facilities and answer any queries you may have, as well as offer you information about the area. They will also collect the 50 Euros laundry and cleaning charge, which includes all bed linen and bath, hand & tea towels. Guests are required to provide their own beach towels and pool towels.
Arrival dates can be flexible to enable you to access the most efficient flights. Arrival times are generally 2pm, but this can be varied where possible. Departure times are usually mid-day on the booked day of departure, but this can also be flexible, providing no other guests are due to arrive that day.
Airport arrivals and returns can be arranged if required at additional costs paid locally - please indicate requirements.
